Mafia Martini

             
Ingredients
- Makes 1

ice cubes
2 measures golden rum
half measure Chambord raspberry liqueur
1 measure apple juice (not the cloudy pressed kind)
lime rind twist to decorate

   

Mafia Martini.
A great cocktail but don't be tempted to have two...

Method

Put some ice cubes in a cocktail shaker along with the rum, Chambord and apple juice. Shake briefly and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Decorate with a lime rind twist.
