Raspberry and white chocolate muffins

Ingredients:
300g white chocolate
150g fresh rasps
250g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
150g caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100g butter
100ml milk
150g Greek yogurt
1 medium egg
Method:
Place 12 muffin cases in a muffin tin and Preheat oven to 170C. Chop the chocolate into rough chunks. Sieve the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a large bowl.
Melt the butter and beat the milk, butter, yogurt and egg in a jug. Blend well.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour until well blended into a stiff batter. Stir in the white chocolate chunks and lightly mix in the raspberries, trying not to break them up too much.
Bake for approx. 30 mins or until well risen and golden.
