Place the flour and eggs in a food processor and whizz until the mixture just starts to come together. Tip out onto a clean worktop and using your hands, bring together into a dough

Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl or screwtop jar. Use to dress salads served with any Asian dish. The dressing will keep in the fridge for a few days.
